Work Where the Outdoors Is the Job
Always Hiring Great People
You Don't Have to Know Guns. You Have to Love People.
Scout Outpost is Lincoln City's home for firearms, fishing gear, suppressors, and everything in between — but what really sets us apart is our team. We're a fun, growing organization that puts customers first and takes care of the people who work here.
We're not looking for gun experts. We're looking for people who are friendly, dependable, and genuinely enjoy helping others. If that sounds like you, we'd love to meet you.
No Firearms Experience Required
We hire for attitude and train for skill. If you love people and the outdoors, you already have what it takes.
A Real Team Culture
We're a tight-knit crew that genuinely enjoys coming to work. Expect camaraderie, humor, and people who have your back.
We're Growing
Scout Outpost is expanding — which means real opportunities to grow with us, take on more responsibility, and build a career.
Customer Service First
Our customers are hunters, anglers, collectors, and first-time buyers. Your job is to make every one of them feel welcome.
